Venture 5 specialises in supplying high-quality module buildings designed to meet and exceed UK building standards. 

Our modular building system has been fully approved and certified by Premier Guarantee. This means that Premier have certified that the structure of the building and all its component parts will have a durability lifespan of a minimum of 60 years.

The Premier team's review and approval process was a stringent 12-month process which included visits to the Far East to review quality assurance and control measures at the production facility. The Premier approval allows the units to be fully mortgageable in the UK. Our system is also certified by LABC (Local Authority Building Control), a UK independent body committed to safe building control practises.

The system we supply comprises a structural steel chassis, walls and a roof. Most other modular providers in the UK are utilising CLT (cross laminated timber). During testing, our system proved to have approximately three times the structural strength of more commonplace CLT products
