    Based in Bedworth, we bring together over 30 years of expertise and technical knowledge to deliver quality volumetric modular structures. These structures can be used to develop houses, apartments, hotels, and commercial units anywhere in the UK.

To date, over 35,000 units have successfully been manufactured and delivered across 4 continents.

We manufacture both standalone structures that can be delivered to a client’s sites, and cosmetic finishes can then be completed by the client, as well as a complete turnkey option. Our in-house teams have used innovative design and construction methods to ensure superior standards in quality, sustainability and regulatory compliance.
The manufacturing process is a controlled assembly line environment, manned by skilled operatives who are supported by quality control and technical guidance personnel. Automated production lines transfer the modules through the manufacturing process where all internal finishes, M&E installations, windows, external insulation and some external finishes are applied.
